    I just returned atnoher cover when i saw this one ans it promised to be all the things I was missing in the previous one. Once received I was quite happy about the switch albeit not perfect. 1 Strong chemical odor when unwrapping likely from the foam packaging as it vanished after some time once the cover was installed. 2 Smart cover Yay a custom case that embraces Apple's cool smart cover where magnets in the lid turn the device on off by simply opening closing the cover. Howver the magnet is not strong enough to keep the cover closed and potentially turns the device on and off during transport. 3 Slim There is little build up and this case manages to keep the whole package slim. 4 Integrated stand. The upright position for watching videos and as a picture frame is well done and secure although the leather flap doesn't inspire longevity. The keyboard stand configuration is a bit awkward and certainly less secure than Apple's smart cover. 5 Good fit. The tight fit matches the shape of the iPad 2 like a glove. Most cutouts match the corresponding button or plug well although not perfectly and the headphone outlet was slightly offset enough for the leather to be at the edge of the outlet which potentially prevents a plug from fully seating. Overall this is the cover I wanted and I am keeping it. Good job and great price too. 40
