Thanks to the above comment I will keep this devise. I was not able to sync until I read this comment.
I have this earpiece and all my calls are mushie and I have to repeat myself. I returned the first one thinking it was defective but have the same problem with it. I also have trouble getting it to connect with my phone to answer calls. It ends up disconnecting me. My phone is a Sanyo 8400.
This device works well but there is flaw in the setup directions. A lot of people are returning these items because they can not get them to sync up with their cell phones. To sinc this unit up you have to push and hold the phone button the light will turn purple let go and then quickly open the mic boom and the light will stay purple. You can then sync it to your phone.
