The headset didn't arrive in the original box so I can only assume it was in new condition as stated. I also didn't get the optional ear pieces that should have come with the item. I do hevower enjoy using this headset everyday but wish I could have received everything that should have come with it. Overall I highly recommend this product to anyone because it works flawlessly with my cell. no comment
