Blackberry Clingo Universal Hands-Free Windshield and Dash Mount CLUNIMOUNT
Details:
Truthfully, the safest place for your blackberry phone when you’re in the car is in the glove box, turned off. But since we all know that’s probably not what you’re going to do with it, it makes sense to put it someplace where it’s securely held and in plain sight. That’s where the blackberry Universal Hands-Free Mount by Clingo comes in.
With windshield or dashboard mounting options, the blackberry Hands-Free Mount allows you to keep your blackberry phone where you can glance at it if you need to without taking your attention from the road. The ball and socket joint and pivoting arm provide ultimate adjustability to ensure proper viewing angles. And as always, the Clingo sticky pad holds your blackberry phone tightly, yet lets it go when you’re ready to have it back without leaving any residue. Let your blackberry phone stick to Clingo, so you can stick to driving.
Not compatible with silicone covers or sleeves.

The surface area of the mounting pad that comes in contact with the back of the HTC Inspire 4G's curved surface is insufficient to hold the phone over any reasonable length of time say more than 10 minutes. This is further aggravated by connecting a power cord since the Inspire is a power hog which provides additional twisting forces to the case. The lens protrusion on the back of the phone also minimizes the interface surface area since the phone needs to be slid further up the mounting surface on the pad to clear the lens. As a result a good deal of the pad's surface area does not contact the back of the phone. This mount looks like it would work well on a phone with a flat rear surface. My guess is the design was tested on an iPhone 4.
