At first I couldn't get it to pair using the enoclsed users manual so it referred you to their website. Once I followed the steps on the website for my specific phone it only took less than a minute and works just great It's a deal I can't afford those fancy Jawbone headsets. You can pair it with multiple devices very easily as well. Just toggle and go.
