    I also agrees 100 with above review my adapters teeth goes inside and dont make contact with phone. so my phone is dead now because of this adapter.

    Although these come standard with the original cell phone purchase they are a piece of junk. The mini teeth that are on the portion that plugs into the phone continuously bend protrude un evenly or bury themselves into the plastic. Very unreliable and they wear out way too quickly with normal use. I guess this is why they have discontinued the sale and use of this type of plug. I hope this helps someone else avoid the headaches I have endured over the past couple of years.
