A spring loaded upper arm, locking lower arm and operation assist provide everything users need for single handed operation with any device. It works like a charm with all devices ranging from 2 inches 3.4 inches wide. A truly universal utstarcom mount customized to fit many phones. This also allows for users to adjust the grip to their desired tension. This holder is coupled with a newly redesigned base with Tackform's patented suction cup allowing for mounting on windows and most hard surfaced vehicle dashboards. Added to this, is an adjustable neck that will allow for adequate viewing in just about any location.
