Customer Service / Data Entry Representative
Under direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will assist in entering and releasing for shipment
customer orders, assist customers who wish to place orders over the phone, and assist with other projects as directed.  There is no telemarketing involved with the job.  Time spent on the phone is either answering incoming customer calls or returning calls when customers request a call back.  We have a casual dress code and great working environment.

Duties
  • Familiar with Windows operating system.
  • Enter and release customer orders for shipment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or answering product questions.
  • Assist in keeping customers up to date regarding their order status.
  • Work on additional projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Prefer typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Self Starter
  • Able to learn quickly
Pay Scale
  • Starting Pay Rate for this position is $8.50 + an hour depending on experience.
