Price Match Policy
Discountcell will match the price (total order amount including shipping) of
any legitimate competitor on any item we carry subject to the following
limitations (click here for the price match
policy on Beltronics Radar Detectors).
Legitimate company - Because of the ease of putting up a website, we
will only match competitors who we can determine are legitimate companies.
The company must provide a physical address (no PO box) on their website as well
as be listed and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org)
or Bizrate (www.bizrate.com). We will
not beat the price of companies who are not in good standing with these
organizations or who have a large number of complaints.
Toll Free Phone Number - The company must provide a toll free customer
service number where reps are available to resolve concerns or answer questions
at reasonable times.
Authorized Dealer - The competitor must be authorized to sell
the product by the manufacturer and the product must come with the full
manufacturers warranty. This guarantee must be stated on the competitors
website in an easy to find location.
Normal price - The price must be the competitors everyday
price. We will not match prices on sale items, overstock, or clearance
items. Once we are contacted regarding the competitors price, we will
determine if this is a normal price based on the information we have. This
determination is solely at our discretion.
Return Policy - The competitor must offer a comparable return policy
to Discountcell.com's including time allowed for the return, type of
refund, and restocking fees.
Shipping - The shipping rates must be upfront and easy to find without
having to fill out the shopping cart. It is our experience companies that
charge high shipping rates do not disclose their rates until checkout in hopes
you will complete the order regardless. As a result, we will not match
prices with companies that do not provide upfront shipping rates.
New Item with Complete Package - The product must be new and include
all parts in the standard product package by the manufacturer.
Stock - The product must be in stock and available for immediate
shipment by the competitor. We regret we cannot match prices on products
backordered or not available for immediate shipment by the competitor.
