We guarantee our radar detectors are NEW units purchased directly from the factory or a factory authorized distributor. All units are NEW, not refurbished or gray market goods (units allocated to markets other than the United States which have been imported into the United States and do not have a valid warranty if sold in the United States.). All radar detectors purchased through us will come complete with all factory included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. The manufacturers warranty on all radar detectors purchased through us is valid and will be honored by the manufacturer according to the manufacturers guarantees and limitations. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your radar detector purchase and request a Return Authorization within 10 days of the purchase, we will provide a no questions asked authorized return number. If the unit is returned to us in new condition with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), etc., and has a valid RA number (RA number is issued by Discountcell and has not expired), we guarantee to not charge a restocking fee.
