Discountcell accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders, and certified checks. We cannot accept payment by a Mastercard or Visa that is issued outside of the US or for a shipment to an address outside the US. We can accept payment by American Express cards issued outside the US.

Orders placed in Utah will be charged Sales Tax but receive free ground shipping (2nd day and next day upgrade charges will apply).
International Rates vary depending on the location. Our preferred method is US Postal Service Express Mail. We are happy to provide shipping charges before sending.
All orders are FOB DiscountCell and all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Discountcell.com. All returns require an RA number. Return Authorization form. Shipping is not refundable.
