It attaches with an adhesive tape that is already installed on the mounting pad.
This is really in handy that I install mobile mount and it really great I love it...
I love this thing. I have one in each of my cars and one in my boat. It is great how you can move it around. I use it with my leather case that has a swivel belt clip on it and can easily move it from my belt to the pro fit and back.
May be you can tell how it works... I do not get a clear idea how it attaches from this image.
